Designing a Seamless Experience: I restructured the user interface to guide brands through the customization process, making it easy to see how a simple paper cup can become a powerful branding tool.
Visual Hierarchy for Product Depth: With such an extensive inventory, I used a clean, grid-based layout and professional iconography to categorize products, allowing users to switch between “Eco-friendly” and “Standard” options with ease.
Low MOQs, High Professionalism: I highlighted their competitive advantage—low minimum order quantities (MOQs)—through strategic call-outs, making the site feel inclusive for small startups while maintaining the authority required for enterprise clients.

On the technical side, I developed the site to handle a large volume of product variations and technical specifications without sacrificing speed. I also streamlined the lead generation and quote request forms to ensure that technical details (like artwork files and dimensions) could be submitted easily, reducing back-and-forth communication for the sales team.
