  • Clear Service Ecosystem: I restructured the information architecture to clearly define the “End-to-End” solution. From market research and branding to digital marketing and local partnerships, I used clean, icon-driven layouts to make their comprehensive service list easy to navigate.

  • Insight-Led Design: I created a dedicated section for “Recent News & Insights” to showcase the client’s expertise on topics like localization and trade policies. This positioning transforms the site from a simple service brochure into a valuable knowledge hub.

From a development standpoint, performance and accessibility were critical. I built a responsive, fast-loading platform that provides a smooth experience for users in both the U.S. and China.
